Ryland T.
Campbell Chairman, CCII
A former teacher, Mr. Ryland T.
Campbell is the Chairman and CEO of the Capital & Credit Financial Group
and the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital & Credit
Merchant Bank since 1994. In a volunteer capacity, he serves as Chairman of the
National Development Foundation of Jamaica and the National Health Fund, sits
on the Board of Management of the Mico University College, and on the Council
of the University of Technology and is a Director of several other companies in
the Jamaican Private Sector.
A career banker for over 30 years, he has
held several executive management positions in the Commercial and Merchant
Banking industry in Jamaica.
Mr. Campbell is the recipient of several
awards including the Ernst & Young Caribbean Business Leader Award in 2000
for financial services, the Jamaica Observer Business Leader in 2005, and the
Mico University College Gold Medal in 2006 for business achievement and service
to national development.

Andrew B.
Cocking Director, CCII
A
graduate of Howard and the Carnegie Mellon Universities, Mr. Cocking is a Civil
Engineer who holds an M.Sc. in Management and Public Policy. He has served in
technical positions in private sector firms and with the Government of the
United States.
He has held several senior management positions in
international and local commercial and merchant banks during his over 20 years
in the banking industry.
In addition to serving as a Director of CCII,
Mr. Cocking is also a Director of all the companies in the Capital & Credit
Financial Group, and is a Deputy Group President. He is a Director of Cable
& Wireless Jamaica Limited, Deputy Chairman of the Students' Loan Bureau
and a past President of the Association of Licensed Financial
Institutions.

Vera A.
Reid Chief Compliance Officer, CCII
Vera A. Reid, Chief Compliance Officer of Capital
& Credit International, Inc. is a highly motivated and seasoned
professional with thirty years of experience in the operational and financial
aspects of the stock brokerage and the investment banking industries.
Throughout her career, Ms. Reid has consistently demonstrated particular
strength in regulatory reporting and risk management. Additionally, she
possesses an extensive knowledge of municipal bond trading and operations,
over-the-counter trading, as well as, keen overall managerial and operational
knowledge of a stock brokerage and investment banking firm.
Ms. Reid has
successfully ensured compliance with the rules of the various regulatory
bodies. She also plays an integral role in the administration, execution and
adherence of CCII's privacy policy and business continuity statements. Her
current securities industry licenses are: Series 7, Series 24, Series 53, and
Series 55.

Benjamin
Spiro VP, Securities Trading, CCII
Mr. Spiro is Head of Trading at Capital & Credit
International, with a focus on Emerging Market Debt.
Prior to joining
CCII, Mr. Spiro was a Manager and Equity Trader for Trillium Trading LLC, the
former proprietary trading division of Datek. As a Senior Equity Trader he was
responsible for supervising traders while developing and implementing trading
strategies.
Before entering the trading arena Mr. Spiro worked on Wall
Street in New York for two Private Equity Funds and as an Associate at Morgan
Stanley. His experience has included identifying opportunities for new equity
issues and private placements with a focus on the technology sector.
Mr. Spiro attended The University of
New South Wales in Sydney, Australia where he studied international finance and
economics, and holds a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College in New
York.

Yvonne
Harris-Little Operations Manager, CCII
With over twenty-seven years in the stock brokerage
and investment banking field , Ms. Harris-Little is a highly energetic and
motivated individual with advanced administrative and analytical skills and
experience at such firms as Smith Barney, Inc. Yvonne is highly organized with
a strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills and a strong sense
of urgency.
Ms. Harris Little has successfully assisted in the
management of operations, trading, broker support, and general back office
support. Raised and educated in London, England, Ms. Harris Little majored in
Languages and the Arts and is fluent in French.
